Nice to meet you! My name is Jessi Spackman. (The hunk in the gray above is my very supportive and unavailable husband.) I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, very satisfied wife, and proud mom. I work from home as the marketing/communications director for a pro-life nonprofit, but here is where I write my personal and religious ponderings.
I made Spack Chats because I wanted a place to hold honest, down-to-earth discussions about things that are tough to talk about and do it in a way that invites and pleases Christ.
Too often, we dance around subjects that are uncomfortable, fall into ruts when referring to complex issues, or avoid talking about some things altogether. I aim to break down such barriers by honestly chatting together, all the while turning to Christ and His doctrine. He will bring peace and answers to our troubled souls, if we let Him.
